Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Active Directory Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our Windows Server and Active Directory infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID), Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and PowerShell scripting. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring the security, availability, and performance of enterprise identity services while supporting users across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID), and Windows Server environments.
- Create, modify, disable, and manage user accounts, security groups, distribution groups, organizational units (OUs), and computer accounts.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce organizational security and compliance policies.
- Monitor the health, performance, and availability of Domain Controllers and troubleshoot replication issues.
- Manage Active Directory Sites and Services, DNS, DHCP, and other Windows infrastructure services.
- Administer user authentication, password policies, account lockouts, Kerberos, NTLM, and access management.
- Implement and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) best practices, including role-based access control (RBAC).
- Perform Active Directory replication monitoring, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery activities.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine administrative tasks and reporting.
- Support Microsoft 365 user administration, licensing, and identity synchronization using Azure AD Connect.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, cloud, and security teams during migrations, upgrades, and system integrations.
- Perform regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and compliance checks on Active Directory environments.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and change management records.
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for Active Directory, Windows Server, authentication, and access-related issues.
- Participate in patch management, backup verification, disaster recovery testing, and system maintenance activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience administering Active Directory and Windows Server environments.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Pay: ₹249,572.41 - ₹1,053,210.02 per year
