Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery in Pune.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead the application development process effectively
- Ensure timely project delivery
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Profitability & Performance Mgt PaPM
- Strong understanding of SAP application development
- Experience in leading application design and configuration
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Hands-on experience in application testing and deployment
- Good to have below:
1. SAP FI/CO
2. SAP BW/4HANA
3. SAP Analytics Cloud
