Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Vehicle Operations: Supervise daily repair, servicing, and diagnostic tasks for four-wheeler vehicles.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of mechanics, technicians, and service advisors, ensuring optimal productivity and scheduling.
- Quality Control: Inspect completed work to guarantee it meets manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Oversee spare parts stock levels, procure necessary tools, and minimize workshop waste.
- Customer Relations: Address escalated customer complaints, explain technical issues clearly, and ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Process Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in automotive maintenance, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of modern four-wheeler systems, including IC engines, EVs, hybrids, electrical systems, and OBD diagnostics.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight turnaround times.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
