Work independently on pre-sales activities which includes:
Own and lead medium to large size deal solution design and development
Drive deal solutioning across the different service lines( AD, AMS, ITO, Multi tower deal solutioning)
Solution theme and solutioning structuring for the deal
Analyze and Qualify RFXs- (RFP, RFQ and RFI) Requests
Bid manage and author mid to large size RFP, RFQ , RFI responses- single Service Line/Tower as well as multi Service- line/Tower deals
Bid manage proactive proposals /responses through the bid life cycle
Participate in conference calls with customers along with sales team to understand the requirements
Manage the bid process to construct the value proposition by working with various teams technology teams, service line teams , practices, finance, legal etc
Support deal shaping and proactive deal creation initiatives
Understand the scope of work stated in these RFXs, identify potential risk etc and work closely with technology and solution teams to build the solution
Present the solution or value proposition to the customer
Drive deal commercial construct and price to win .
Drive Reviews across Solution, estimates and pricing
Create capability presentations for various industry sub segments, service offering and or technology service offerings
Work closely with marketing teams to run specific campaigns for lead generation
Skill Set:
Proven track record of solution design and ownership of winning medium and large deals
Proven Technical and IT Services pre-sales experience
Good understanding of industry processes /domain at least one of Retail and Consumer Good industry
Broad understanding of Technology platforms and architectures
Deep Understanding on IT industry services offerings across services like AMS, AD, Infra, Digital, consulting etc.
Deep Experience of large Deal solutioning across AMS, Application development, ITO deals and multi tower)
Strong bid management experience in IT services
