Role description
The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering technology projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role involves managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans. Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, development, testing, infrastructure, and support. Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Facilitate project governance meetings and status reviews. Manage stakeholder communications and executive reporting. Ensure adherence to organizational standards, processes, and quality requirements. Support change management and organizational readiness activities. Manage vendors and third-party service providers where applicable. Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery practices. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred.
