Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and explain features of jewellery items (gold, diamonds, gemstones, etc.).
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable pieces.
- Assist customers with selection, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize sales.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Handle POS transactions, billing, invoicing, and payments accurately.
- Maintain showroom visual merchandising, displays, and product cleanliness.
- Support inventory management and coordinate with back-office teams for stock replenishment.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Assist with filing documentation, warranty cards, and certificates when required. Optional based on store practice
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass / High School Diploma; Graduate preferred.
- Prior retail sales experience—jewellery experience is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of jewellery products, metals, stones, and pricing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
