Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to support the expansion of our EV charging infrastructure business across Karnataka. The role primarily focuses on identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with commercial establishments, and promoting our EV charging solutions.
The candidate must be willing to travel extensively across Karnataka, as field visits and on-site meetings are a key part of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential business locations for EV charging installations.
- Visit hotels, resorts, office complexes, commercial buildings, malls, tourist destinations, and other target locations to promote EV charging solutions.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on business leads.
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and business presentations.
- Explain the benefits and business opportunities of EV charging infrastructure to clients.
- Support proposal discussions, commercial negotiations, and client onboarding.
- Work closely with internal teams for smooth project execution and installation coordination.
- Maintain regular reporting on lead generation, meetings, and business conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Karnataka is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge or interest in EVs, renewable energy, or infrastructure business is an added advantage.
