Job Summary:-
The Freelance Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve business and marketing goals. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in paid marketing, audience targeting, campaign optimization, analytics, and ROI-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Generate quality leads, inquiries, and audience engagement for MS2 Entertainment’s services, projects, productions, and business initiatives.
- Manage campaign budgets and maximize ROI, ROAS, CPL, and conversion performance.
- Develop audience targeting strategies, retargeting campaigns, and funnel optimization plans.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams for ad creatives, videos, content, and marketing assets.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies for brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Track and analyze campaign data using analytics and reporting tools.
- Stay updated on digital advertising trends, algorithm changes, and performance marketing best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
- Proven experience in performance marketing, paid advertising, digital marketing, or growth marketing (agency or freelance experience preferred).
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics platforms.
- Experience with lead generation campaigns, remarketing, conversion optimization, and audience segmentation.
- Strong understanding of marketing KPIs such as ROAS, ROI, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and conversion tracking.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and optimization skills.
- Ability to independently manage campaigns and deliver measurable results.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Experience working with entertainment, media, content, production, or creative industries is an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,376.52 - ₹58,521.20 per month
