Experience: 5-7 years in marketing/sales (electrical/wires & cables preferred)
Qualifications: Bachelors in Marketing, Business, or related field. Strong knowledge of electrical cables, wires, specs, and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for wires & cables products, targeting retail, OEMs, contractors, EPCs, and industrial segments.
- Lead brand building through digital campaigns, trade shows, product brochures, social media, and lead generation via CRM tools.
- Manage channel partners: Recruit/train distributors/dealers, set incentives, run promotions, and monitor performance scorecards.
- Drive demand with customer education on product safety/reliability, technical presentations, and specification wins with architects/consultants.
- Collaborate on pricing, new product launches, and feedback to production/R&D for SKUs like HT/LT, solar, and instrumentation cables.
- Track market trends, competitors, and sales pipeline to hit revenue targets and expand market share.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel for events and client meets.
