About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Architect with 3–5 years of experience in residential and commercial building projects. The candidate should be capable of preparing architectural drawings, coordinating with structural and MEP teams, and developing detailed construction drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of Architectural GA Drawings for residential and commercial buildings (G+3 to G+15 typical).
- Develop space optimization and functional building layouts.
- Prepare detailed working drawings including:
- Toilet layouts
- Kitchen layouts
- Staircase details
- Façade details
- Prepare Good for Construction (GFC) drawings for site execution.
- Coordinate drawings with Structural and MEP consultants.
- Ensure designs comply with local building bye-laws and regulations (Kolkata / West Bengal norms preferred).
- Support design presentations and visualization when required.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial building planning.
- Good understanding of building bye-laws and approval norms.
- Experience in construction drawings and coordination drawings.
Software Requirements
- AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- SketchUp / Revit / BIM tools (Preferred)
- Photoshop / Lumion / Enscape for architectural presentation and visualization.
Preferred Candidate
- 3–5 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Strong drawing and detailing skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
