Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, professional Coordinator to support our foundation’s growth. Working under the direct guidance of the SEF Leadership Team, you will bridge the gap between our ecological initiatives and corporate partners.
This role is specifi cally designed for experienced professionals re-entering the workforce or those seeking high-impact, fl exible work that fi ts around personal commitments. You will execute a structured plan to secure funding and manage the logistics of our farm-based programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Fundraising & CSR Coordination
Outreach: Execute contact strategies to reach corporate CSR heads and marketing teams.
Proposal Support: Customize and prepare pitch decks and grant proposals .
Reporting: Assist in creating impact reports to show donors the "boots-on-the-ground" results of their contributions.
2. Operations & Logistics Liaison
Tour Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling and organizing school and corporate tours to the farm.
Subsidy Management: Research and coordinate documentation for farm subsidies and government schemes.
Farm Support: Facilitate communication between farm staff and the leadership team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

5+ years in a professional environment (Marketing, Admin, Sales, or Management).
Communication
Polished writing and speaking skills; comfortable talking to corporate executives.
