1. Knitting Supervisor
To ensure smooth knitting operations, machine efficiency, and timely fabric output as per production plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor daily knitting production
- Allocate machines and operators based on style/requirement
- Ensure machine efficiency & minimal downtime
- Monitor yarn usage and wastage control
- Coordinate with maintenance for breakdowns
- Maintain quality standards (GSM, defects, uniformity)
- Ensure shift-wise production reporting
2. Fabric Supervisor (Processing / Inspection / Stores)
To manage fabric flow from knitting to cutting with proper quality control and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise fabric inspection (4-point system)
- Ensure proper fabric relaxation & shrinkage control
- Monitor batch-wise fabric tracking
- Coordinate with knitting, dyeing, and cutting teams
- Ensure fabric quality approval before cutting
- Manage fabric stock and FIFO system
3. Production Supervisor (Garmenting)Role Purpose
To achieve production targets in stitching/finishing while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan line setup and manpower allocation
- Monitor hourly production targets
- Ensure smooth workflow across operations
- Control rework and rejection
- Coordinate with QA, Merchandising, and Cutting
- Handle line balancing and bottleneck removal
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity
Common Skills Required (All Supervisors)
- Strong team handling & leadership
- Production planning & problem-solving
- Knowledge of knitwear processes
- Basic Excel / ERP (Axpert) knowledge
- Communication & coordination
Experience & Qualification
- 2–10 years in relevant department
- Diploma/Degree in Textile / Garment (preferred)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
