Job description:
We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Executiveto be the first point of contact for our company. The role involves providing comprehensive support via Live Chat, Phone, and Email and assisting customers with product installation, training, and implementation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand and resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.
- Provide support via Live Chat, Email, Phone, and Remote software.
- Configure, implement, and demonstrate company products to new and existing clients.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies while assisting clients.
- Collaborate with team members for knowledge sharing, process improvement, and standardization.
- Keep accurate records of daily communications and resolved issues.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and PLSQL is an added advantage.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good computer proficiency.
- Self-motivated with a team-oriented mind-set.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Strong customer service skills.
