Varmora Forge Pvt. Ltd. is one of India's leading manufacturers of industrial fasteners, supplying high-quality Bolts, Nuts, Washers, Threaded Rods, Anchor Fasteners, Foundation Bolts, and Special Fasteners to the Solar, PEB, Steel Structure, Infrastructure, EPC, Engineering and Industrial sectors. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to expand our customer base across Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B business from Solar EPC companies, Solar Module Manufacturers, PEB Companies, Steel Structure Fabricators, Industrial Projects, OEMs and Engineering Companies.
- Visit customers regularly to introduce Varmora Forge products and develop long-term business relationships.
- Meet Purchase Managers, Procurement Heads, Project Managers, Consultants, Contractors and Decision Makers.
- Identify new projects and upcoming opportunities in the Solar and PEB industries.
- Convert enquiries into orders by coordinating with the internal sales team.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiations, purchase orders and payment collections.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers and increase repeat business.
- Conduct market research and collect competitor pricing and market intelligence.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily visit reports.
- Represent Varmora Forge professionally in customer meetings and industry events.
Preferred Industries
Candidates having experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:
- Solar EPC
- Solar Module Manufacturing
- PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings)
- Structural Steel
- Industrial Fasteners
- Hardware
- Construction Materials
- Steel Trading
- Industrial Products
- Freshers are also welcomed
Candidate Requirements
- 0–5+ years of experience in B2B Field Sales.
- Existing contacts in Solar, PEB, Steel Structure, EPC or Industrial companies will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to generate new customers independently.
- Basic knowledge of industrial fasteners and engineering products is preferred.
- Comfortable travelling extensively across Ahmedabad, Gujarat and nearby industrial areas.
What We Offer
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on Experience)
