Job Title: Tender Documentation & Back Office Executive (2 Positions)
Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai
Position Summary
We are looking for two detail-oriented and organized professionals to be based at our Mahape office. The incumbents will be responsible for managing end-to-end tender documentation and providing comprehensive back-office support for the South and West regions. The role also involves handling Government e-Marketplace (GeM) activities, ensuring timely submission of bids, maintaining compliance, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Supporting Partners in end-to-end tender documentation for private, government, and institutional tenders.
· Prepare, review, and submit tender documents within stipulated timelines.
· Handle all activities related to the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, including bid participation, catalog management, order processing, and documentation.
· Maintain an organized repository of tender documents, contracts, certifications, and statutory records.
· Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, SCM, and other departments to obtain required documents and approvals.
· Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies.
· Support the South and West regional sales teams with quotations, documentation, purchase orders, invoices, and customer correspondence.
· Prepare reports related to tender participation, GeM orders, and business performance.
· Maintain accurate records and MIS for tender activities and back-office operations.
· Assist in resolving documentation-related issues to ensure smooth order execution.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business Administration preferred).
Certification or knowledge of Government e-Marketplace (GeM) operations will be an added advantage.
Experience
1–2 years of experience in tender management, bid documentation, back-office operations, or sales coordination.
Experience in government, PSU, EPC, engineering, electrical, manufacturing, or industrial sectors will be preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
