Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive to generate business opportunities and expand the customer base for our solar energy solutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting site visits, generating leads, presenting solar solutions, and closing sales for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Meet potential customers through field visits, referrals, cold calling, networking, and digital leads.
- Understand customer energy requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Schedule and coordinate site surveys with the technical team.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Explain project scope, pricing, ROI, government subsidies (where applicable), and financing options to customers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, builders, architects, and consultants.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities in CRM.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events to generate leads.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
