Creative Frontend Developer (Junior)

Brainwing is an architectural visualization and real estate tech studio. We build the interactive web tools that real estate developers use to sell — plot dashboards, sales platforms, and immersive visual experiences that turn raw renders and geo-data into something a buyer can actually explore.
We're looking for a junior frontend developer to join our 3-person dev team and grow into building the next generation of these tools.
What you'll work on
- React/Next.js interfaces for client-facing real estate dashboards and sales tools
- Map-based plot visualization using Mapbox GL JS (KML/KMZ data, custom overlays, terrain)
- 3D/WebGL features — bringing archviz renders and models into the browser (Three.js / React Three Fiber)
- Translating design and archviz output into responsive, performant web experiences
- Debugging and optimizing across browsers and devices
What we need (non-negotiable)
- 0–2 years of experience, fresh graduates welcome
- Solid fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript and React
- A portfolio or GitHub that shows you've actually built things — class projects, personal projects, hackathons, freelance, anything
- Genuine curiosity about 3D/visual web work — you don't need to already be good at it, but you need to want to be
- GSAP or other animation libraries
- Any exposure to Three.js, WebGL, or React Three Fiber
What's a strong plus (not required)
- Experience with Mapbox GL JS or other mapping/geo libraries
- Background in 3ds Max, Blender, or general archviz tools
- Game dev experience (Unity/Unreal) — the 3D math intuition transfers well

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
