About the Role:
We are seeking a Finance & Compliance Manager to oversee financial operations and regulatory compliance for our real estate and multi-sector projects. This role is critical in managing investor relations, securing collateral, and ensuring statutory adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts: Manage full-cycle accounting, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting for multiple project entities.
- GST: Ensure timely filing of GST returns, input credit reconciliation, and compliance with GST regulations.
- ROC: Handle all ROC filings, board resolutions, annual returns, and maintenance of statutory registers.
- Banking: Liaise with banks for project financing, loan documentation, cash flow management, and collateral arrangements.
- Investor Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements, MIS reports, and project performance dashboards to investors.
- Collateral Management: Coordinate valuation, documentation, and monitoring of securities/collateral for fundraising.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, including real estate regulations (RERA), income tax, and corporate governance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- CA/CMA/CS or MBA (Finance) with 5+ years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of GST, ROC, and banking procedures.
- Experience in real estate or project finance preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
