Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Handle onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Support recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and employee benefits.
- Address employee queries and maintain positive employee relations.
- Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance through regular audits.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end HR operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Preference will be given to candidates based in Ernakulam
