- Monitor product quality and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate café staff
- Prepare employee schedules and manage attendance
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
Sales & Financial Management
- Achieve sales targets and control operational costs
- Manage cash handling, billing, and daily sales reports
- Monitor inventory levels and place supply orders
- Reduce waste and improve profitability
Customer Service
- Ensure customers receive friendly and efficient service
- Build customer loyalty and maintain high service standards
- Support promotional activities and marketing initiatives
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
- Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs when needed
- Follow company policies and operational procedures
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
