Team Leader
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Training: Recruit, hire, train, coach, and motivate the sales team; conduct regular sales meetings; develop improvement plans for underperformers.
- Sales Strategy & Goals: Develop and implement sales plans; set monthly and annual targets for units, gross profit, and market penetration; analyze market trends.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics (conversion rates, satisfaction); monitor salesperson productivity; implement corrective actions as needed.
- Sales Process Oversight: Ensure all customers are greeted quickly; guide team on best practices from first contact to closing; assist in closing deals.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings; handle escalated customer issues; follow up with new owners.
- Inventory & Merchandising: Oversee proper vehicle mix and display; coordinate with inventory/marketing for promotions.
- Reporting & Administration: Prepare sales reports; ensure compliance with dealership policies; manage team schedules.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
