About the Role
Education Litmus is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Business Development Specialist to help aspiring MBA students choose the right preparation programs. You will interact with prospective students, understand their career goals, provide personalized guidance, and help them enroll in our CAT, OMET, GMAT, Placement, and Case Competition programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments through effective counseling.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and nurture relationships.
- Update and manage leads on the CRM.
- Achieve individual monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and mentorship teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
- Build long-term relationships with students and address their queries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools is a plus.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
