Rashmi Bhalla Project Consultants is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to provide end-to-end management for high-end residential civil and interior construction projects. This is a site-based role requiring a strong technical background, financial acumen, and the ability to drive construction progress from groundbreaking to handover.
You will be the primary point of contact on-site, ensuring that our design intent is executed with perfection, within budget, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Project Oversight: Manage construction activities from inception to final handover, ensuring strict adherence to the project timeline and quality benchmarks.
- Site Management: Presence on-site **5 to 6 days a week** to supervise daily construction progress, manage sub-contractors, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Technical Execution: Expertly read and interpret architectural and interior design plans, ensuring seamless implementation of structural and aesthetic details.
- Billing & Financial Control: Prepare and manage accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs). Oversee project billing cycles, including verification of contractor bills, cost reconciliation, and progress reporting.
- Stakeholder Management:Act as the liaison between the client, interior designers, architects, and on-site contractors. Communicate effectively to resolve site issues, manage expectations, and maintain professional relationships.
Requirements
- 6 to 7 years of professional experience in construction project management In construction sector.
- Must be based in or willing to work daily on-site in the Delhi NCR region.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading complex architectural/interior design drawings.
- Strong command of BOQs, billing processes, and project estimation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and coordinate large site teams.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and disciplined in managing on-site schedules.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
