Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telesales Executive to join our growing team in the Real Estate sector. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to generate and convert sales leads over calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain real estate projects and services effectively.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
- Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up updates.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales.
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
