Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Accountant to oversee the financial health of our institute and cafe operations. The ideal candidate is a "numbers person" who possesses an impeccable eye for detail, deep technical knowledge of Indian taxation, and the ability to communicate financial insights clearly to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day accounting transactions using Tally Prime.
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain accurate Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss (P&L) Accounts.
- Handle end-to-end GST Reconciliation and filing.
- Manage TDS deductions, payments, and returns.
- Ensure all filings comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Ensure the organization stays 100% compliant with all local financial policies and government regulations.
- Monitor cash flow, verify vendor invoices, and manage payroll-related accounting data.
- Utilize Advanced MS Excel for financial modelling, data sorting, and high-level reporting.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: B.Com, M.Com, or any professional degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Work Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of solid experience as an Accountant.
- Experience in the Restaurant, Cafe, or Food Industry is a significant plus.
- Software Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Tally Prime and Advanced MS Excel.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong grip on GST laws, TDS regulations, and GAAP.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical skills and a high degree of "attention to detail."
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with integrity.

- Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Full-time).
- Employment Type: Regular / Permanent.
- Location: Surat, Gujarat.
- Salary: No bar for the right candidate (Commensurate with experience and skill set).
