Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated Associate Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in web development and a passion for building responsive, user-friendly applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of MEAN/MERN stack, good understanding of PSD to HTML conversion, and strong academic credentials.

The candidate should also have an AI-first mindset, with an interest in exploring and adopting AI tools to improve development productivity, code quality, debugging, testing, and overall engineering efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Convert PSD/UI designs into responsive, pixel-perfect HTML/CSS interfaces.
Develop and maintain web applications using MEAN or MERN stack.
Work with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and responsive design.
Develop and integrate backend APIs and database functionality.
Write clean, reusable and maintainable code.
Collaborate with designers, developers and other team members to deliver projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve development issues.
Follow coding standards and best practices.
Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and development practices.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Hands-on exposure to PSD to HTML conversion.
Knowledge of either MEAN Stack or MERN Stack.
Understanding of frontend and backend development concepts.
Basic knowledge of REST APIs and databases.
Good problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
AI-first mindset and willingness to adopt AI tools in day-to-day development.
Basic awareness of AI-assisted coding tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar tools.
Ability to use AI tools responsibly while understanding, reviewing and validating AI-generated code and outputs.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Educational Qualification

B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
Minimum 80% academic score throughout academics is preferred/required.
Strong academic background with good technical fundamentals.
