We are seeking an experienced US Recruiter with a strong background in hiring blue-collar workers across the United States
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US blue-collar positions.
- Source candidates through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, referrals, and other channels.
- Stay updated on US labor market trends, hiring practices, and recruitment strategies.
- Manage ATS, recruitment reports, and candidate records.
- Coordinate offers, onboarding, and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in US Recruitment, preferably blue-collar hiring.
- Good understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment types.
- Knowledge of US job markets, recruitment processes, and compliance standards.
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing and communication skills.
- Experience with ATS and major US job portals.
