Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Circuit / PCB Designer to contribute to the development of advanced IoT-enabled electronic systems for defence and strategic applications. The role involves designing reliable, rugged, and high-performance electronic hardware for sensor integration, edge computing, monitoring systems, automation platforms, and mission-critical field deployments.
The candidate will work on next-generation embedded and connected systems involving real-time sensing, secure communications, remote monitoring, intelligent control, and AI-assisted edge processing. The role demands strong expertise in electronic circuit design, PCB development, hardware debugging, and system integration for harsh and operationally demanding environments.

The selected candidate will collaborate closely with embedded software, AI/ML, mechanical, networking, and system engineering teams to develop scalable and deployment-ready hardware solutions aligned with operational defence requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronic circuits.
- Develop multilayer PCB layouts adhering to EMI/EMC, signal integrity, thermal, and manufacturability standards.
- Create schematics, BOMs, Gerber files, fabrication drawings, and assembly documentation.
- Perform component selection, derating analysis, and circuit validation.
- Coordinate with firmware and embedded teams for hardware-software integration.
- Work with manufacturing vendors for PCB fabrication and assembly support.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues during prototyping, testing, and production stages.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with quality and reliability standards.
- Optimize PCB designs for size, power efficiency, thermal performance, and rugged deployment conditions.
- Maintain revision control and technical documentation for all hardware designs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree OR diploma in Electronics, Embedded Systems, or related field.
- Strong understanding of electronic circuit design fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with PCB design tools such as:
- Experience in schematic capture and multilayer PCB layout design.
- Knowledge of high-speed design practices, grounding, shielding, and EMI/EMC considerations.
- Familiarity with communication interfaces such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, RS485, Ethernet, USB, etc.
- Understanding of power supply design, battery management, and embedded hardware integration.
- Experience in prototype bring-up and debugging.
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
