Position Overview:
We are seeking a versatile individual to join our team as a Designer, Video Editor, and Web Design Specialist. This role involves creating visually compelling content for both print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong design foundation, solid experience in video editing, and hands-on skills in web design—including knowledge of HTML and CSS to support basic webpage structuring and implementation.This is a full-time WFO role (Monday–Friday) at our Whitefield office, 12:30 pm–9:30 pm (IST).
Responsibilities
- Develop creative and engaging banners for printed magazines and online/web platforms.
- Design layouts for magazine pages and web pages, ensuring a strong visual aesthetic and user-friendly experience.
- Create templates for brochures, advertisements, banners, and other marketing materials.
- Generate visually appealing website graphics, videos, animations, and UI elements.
- Produce high-quality video content, including editing, color correction, and post-production enhancements.
- Collaborate with the web development team to integrate design elements into websites, providing support with HTML/CSS-based adjustments when needed.
- Create webpage designs, landing pages, and web banners aligned with stakeholder requirements.
- Design floor plans and create event-related collateral.
- Provide design support for other creative needs across the organization.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and web design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Hands-on experience in both print and digital/web design.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for implementing or supporting basic front-end design updates.
- Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
