We are looking for a confident and professional Tele caller for our immigration consultancy office. The candidate will handle client calls, generate leads, and provide basic visa and immigration information to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls
- Explain immigration and visa services to clients
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Maintain client records and call reports
- Coordinate appointments and client meetings
- Provide professional customer support
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Experience in tele calling/sales preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
