Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare bakery products according to standardized recipes and production schedules.
· Assist in the preparation of breads, buns, croissants, pastries, cakes, muffins, cookies, and other baked goods.
· Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients accurately.
· Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, dough shelters, and proofers safely.
· Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure consistent product quality.
· Decorate and finish bakery products as per company standards.
· Maintain consistency in taste, texture, appearance, and portion size.
· Ensure all bakery items meet quality standards before display or service.
· Report any product defects or quality concerns immediately to the Bakery Chef or Supervisor.
· Follow standard recipes and avoid unnecessary wastage.
· Maintain personal cleanliness and wear the prescribed uniform and protective equipment.
· Store ingredients and finished products according to FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) principles.
· Monitor expiry dates and ensure proper labelling of all products.
Skills Required:
· Basic knowledge of bakery production techniques, including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
· Understanding of baking ingredients, measurements, and recipe execution.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
