- Project Planning and Execution: Developing, planning, and executing Java training projects that align with learning objectives and timelines.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Addressing complex programming challenges and guiding trainees through problem-solving processes.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborating with curriculum developers, instructional designers, and other trainers to create comprehensive learning programs.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Providing leadership to trainees, offering mentorship, guidance, and support to help them advance their Java programming skills.
- Process Improvement and Innovation: Continuously evaluating and enhancing training methodologies, tools, and materials.
- Technical or Customer-Facing Responsibilities: Engaging with clients, assessing their training needs, and delivering customized Java training solutions.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, Java certifications, and experience in teaching or training roles. It is also beneficial to have experience in designing and delivering technical training programs. 6
