Manages the day-to-day operations of the Travel Desk during assigned shifts:
▪ Assists guests with transportation requirements including airport transfers, railway station transfers, local sightseeing, and taxi arrangements.
▪ Coordinates with approved travel vendors and transport agencies to ensure timely guest pick-up and drop services.
▪ Maintains proper records of transportation bookings, billing details, and guest requests.
▪ Ensures accurate billing and posting of travel desk charges in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
▪ Provides guests with information regarding local attractions, routes, travel schedules, and tourism-related assistance.
▪ Handles guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
▪ Ensures all transportation requests are communicated effectively to concerned departments and vendors.
▪ Monitors vehicle movement and follows up to ensure timely service delivery.
▪ Maintains proper coordination with Front Office, Concierge, Bell Desk, Housekeeping, and Security departments for smooth guest movement.
▪ Ensures proper grooming, behaviour, and professionalism while interacting with guests and vendors.
▪ Maintains updated contact details and agreements with approved travel vendors.
▪ Prepares daily transportation schedules and operational reports as required by management.
▪ Assists VIP guests and ensures personalized travel arrangements whenever required.
▪ Ensures guest safety and security while arranging transportation services.
▪ Handles emergency transportation requirements and escalations efficiently.
▪ Maintains cleanliness and organization of the travel desk area.
▪ Ensures all departmental documents, invoices, and vouchers are properly maintained and filed.
▪ Reports any operational concerns, guest issues, or vendor-related concerns to the reporting manager immediately.
▪ Conducts follow-up calls to ensure guest satisfaction regarding transportation services provided.
▪ Attends departmental meetings and training sessions as required.
▪ Performs all assigned duties in accordance with hotel operational standards and policies.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
