Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Executive – Network to manage, maintain, and optimize our organization's network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in network administration, troubleshooting, security, and IT support. The role requires ensuring high network availability, system reliability, and prompt resolution of network-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network devices.
- Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, performance, and security issues.
- Implement and maintain network security policies, including firewall rules and access controls.
- Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and vendors for network-related services and support.
- Perform routine network maintenance, firmware upgrades, and system backups.
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, IP addressing, and inventory records.
- Support users with network-related technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and best practices.
- Assist in planning and implementing network upgrades and infrastructure expansion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in network administration or IT infrastructure support.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, and switching.
- Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, MikroTik, Ubiquiti, or similar networking equipment.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with firewall configuration, network security, and endpoint protection.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification is preferred.
- Experience with cloud networking (Microsoft Azure or AWS) is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V) is desirable.
Pay: ₹10,667.52 - ₹30,336.41 per month
