We are looking for a result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to join the Golden team. You will be the face of our brand in the field, responsible for acquiring new dealers, managing existing relationships, and ensuring our TMT bars are the preferred choice for construction projects in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealer Acquisition: Identify and onboard new hardware dealers and building material suppliers.
- Market Penetration: Map active construction sites and influence contractors/engineers to use Our brands.
- Relationship Management: Regular visits to existing dealers to ensure stock availability, collect orders, and resolve queries.
- Reporting: Submit daily activity reports (visits, prospective leads, and market feedback) via our internal systems.
- Competitor Mapping: Keep track of competitor pricing, schemes, and market movements.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3 years in field sales, specifically in construction materials, cement, or steel.
- Transport: Must have a valid two-wheeler license and own vehicle.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, fluency in the local language, and a proactive attitude.
- Knowledge: Understanding of the local hardware market and construction ecosystem is preferred.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
