- Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred
- Experience: 1–3 years in collections, preferably in NBFC or banking
- Field Collections – Visit customers' homes or workplaces to collect payments, especially in cases where telephonic communication is not effective.
- Update Payment Records – Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, commitments, and payment statuses.
- Daily Reporting – Submit daily reports on collection activities, recovered amounts, and pending follow-ups to the collection manager.
- Customer Interaction – Handle customer grievances regarding loan terms, interest, and payment schedules in a professional manner.
- Target Achievement – Meet monthly and quarterly recovery targets set by management.
