Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, people-oriented HR Manager to oversee and manage our human resources department. In this role, you will be responsible for directing all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and compensation benefits.

Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, and manage a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, conduct thorough investigations, and resolve conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Performance Management: Administer the annual performance review process, provide guidance to management on coaching staff, and drive initiatives that boost employee engagement and retention.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure company policies, procedures, and employee handbooks comply with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Benefits & Compensation: Administer employee benefits programs (health, retirement, leave policies) and assist leadership in benchmarking competitive compensation packages.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs across departments and implement professional development programs to build internal talent pipelines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification like SHRM-CP/PHR is a strong plus).
- Experience: 3–5+ years of proven experience working in an HR management or senior HR generalist role.
- Legal Knowledge: Solid understanding of employment laws, compliance guidelines, and HR best practices.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, active listening, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Workday), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and standard MS Office/Google Workspace tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
