Sales Executive – Key Responsibilities (Maruti Suzuki Showroom)
- Greet customers professionally and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, and available offers.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance.
- Generate new leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital inquiries, field visits, and corporate tie-ups.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into bookings and retail sales.
- Achieve monthly sales, booking, finance, insurance, accessories, and exchange targets.
- Assist customers with finance, insurance, and documentation processes.
- Coordinate with the RTO, Accounts, and Delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update all activities in the Dealership Management System (DMS)/CRM.
- Ensure timely submission of booking forms, KYC documents, and sales-related paperwork.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in showroom events, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and outdoor marketing activities.
- Follow Maruti Suzuki sales processes, company policies, and compliance guidelines.
- Collect customer feedback after delivery and support customer retention initiatives.
- Continuously update product knowledge, competitor information, and market trends.
- Maintain professional grooming and represent the dealership positively at all times.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
