Roles & Responsibilities
Installation of Refrigeration Systems
- Install industrial refrigeration equipment such as chillers, freezers, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and cooling towers.
System Maintenance & Servicing
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the systems run efficiently, including oil changes, filter replacements, and system cleaning.
Troubleshooting & Diagnostics
- Identify and resolve issues in refrigeration systems using tools like pressure gauges, multimeters, and leak detectors.
Refrigerant Handling & Management
- Safely handle, recover, recycle, and charge refrigerants in compliance with environmental regulations (e.g., EPA guidelines).
Monitor System Performance
- Monitor system parameters such as pressures, temperatures, and flow rates to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
Control System Programming & Adjustments
- Calibrate and adjust automated control systems like PLCs and sensors to maintain desired temperature and pressure settings.
Compliance with Safety Standards
- Follow all workplace safety procedures, especially when dealing with ammonia or CO₂-based systems, and adhere to OSHA and local safety regulations.
Emergency Repairs
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns to minimize system downtime and prevent product loss or safety risks.
Coordination with Other Departments
- Work with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to plan and execute refrigeration-related projects and improvements.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
