We are looking for an energetic, target-oriented, and customer-focused Sales Executive to handle vehicle sales, customer enquiries, lead conversion, financing coordination, exchange business, and customer relationship management to achieve showroom retail targets. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Handling & Sales Conversion - Attend showroom walk-in customers and explain vehicle features, variants, pricing, and offers - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products - Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process - Convert enquiries into retail sales through proper follow-up 2. Enquiry & Lead Management - Ensure all enquiries are entered in Accelerator App / CRM without fail - Follow up on showroom, digital, referral, and outdoor leads regularly - Maintain enquiry pipeline and update status on daily basis - Ensure proper booking and retail tracking 3. Test Ride & Product Demonstration - Arrange and conduct vehicle test rides for customers - Explain vehicle features, mileage, finance schemes, accessories, and benefits clearly - Demonstrate premium and EV products effectively 4. Finance & Exchange Coordination - Coordinate with finance executives for loan processing and approvals - Support exchange evaluations and conversion - Assist customers in documentation and retail process completion 5. Outdoor & BTL Activities - Participate in mela activities, canopy activities, corporate visits, village campaigns, and promotional events - Generate enquiries through field activities and customer references - Support showroom promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives 6. Delivery Process & Customer Experience - Ensure vehicle delivery process is completed smoothly - Coordinate invoice, registration, accessories fitment, and documentation - Ensure customer photos, feedback, and Google reviews are collected during delivery 7. Customer Relationship & Follow-up - Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals - Follow up for service, accessories, insurance, and exchange opportunities - Maintain customer satisfaction and positive experience 8. Reporting & Discipline - Share daily reporting on target vs achievement - Participate in sunrise and sunset meetings - Follow company SOP, dress code, attendance, and discipline policies Skills & Requirements - Any Degree / Diploma preferred - 1–5 years of experience in automobile sales (Two-wheeler experience preferred) - Good communication skills in Tamil & Basic English - Strong negotiation and customer handling skills - Basic computer/mobile app knowledge (CRM, Accelerator App, Excel, WhatsApp) Key Expectations - Strong target achievement mindset - Excellent customer relationship skills - High follow-up discipline and ownership - Positive attitude and teamwork Performance KPI / Targets - Monthly retail target achievement - Enquiry to retail conversion ratio - Test ride conversion percentage - Booking and delivery target achievement - Finance and exchange conversion - Google review collection - Customer satisfaction (NPS) score - Outdoor activity participation and lead generation Salary: Based on experience and performance.
