Technical Project Manager
India – Jaipur, Rajasthan
- Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver technical projects from initiation through completion
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, DevOps, product, and vendors
- Translate business requirements into technical tasks and milestones
- Track project progress, manage risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement mitigation plans
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies (as applicable)
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, SDLC, and quality standards
- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
- Manage project budgets, resources, and documentation
- Support release planning and post-implementation reviews
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent)
- Experience working with cloud platforms, APIs, databases, or infrastructure projects
- Background in software development or engineering
- Experience managing distributed or remote teams
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
