Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain full set of accounts: AP, AR, general ledger, journals, bank reconciliations, petty cash.
- Prepare and raise export invoices, proforma invoices, and track foreign currency receipts and remittances.
- Manage export bills, collection documents, and bank coordination for export transactions.
- Prepare and file indirect and direct tax returns applicable to exports (GST/IGST, customs duties etc.); manage zero‑rating, refunds and drawback claims.
- Reconcile export incentives/advances and prepare supporting documentation for claims.
- Perform job/order costing and margin analysis (materials, labour, overhead, packing, freight).
- Inventory accounting: stock valuation, WIP accounting, scrap/consumables reconciliation and periodic stock audits.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly management and statutory financial statements; perform variance analysis.
- Cash flow forecasting and working capital monitoring; manage bank limits and facilities.
- Coordinate statutory and internal audits, provide schedules and audit support.
- Implement and maintain ERP/accounting system controls and finance SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with foreign exchange regulations and document retention requirements.
- Provide finance inputs for pricing, quotations and contract risk assessment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (CA inter/ICWA part-qualified or full qualification preferred).
- 3–6 years’ accounting experience in manufacturing and export environment; metal fabrication experience preferred.
- Experience handling export documentation, LCs and foreign currency transactions.
- Proficiency with accounting software/ERP (Tally) and MS Excel.

- Knowledge of export incentives, customs and foreign exchange rules.
- Good communication and ability to coordinate with banks, auditors and operations.
Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
