1. Position Overview
The Purchase Executive will manage raw material procurement and vendor coordination to support seamless production schedules. Key responsibilities include managing raw material requirements (copper/aluminum wire, electrical steel sheets, bearings) and maintaining critical supplier relationships with external plastic injection molding vendors to ensure timely availability of components.
2. Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Process Purchase Requisitions and issue Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with Production Planning & Control (PPC) requirements.
- Manage intensive daily coordination and follow-ups with plastic injection molding vendors for delivery schedules of blades, motor covers, bases, and switch panels.
- Source and negotiate pricing, lead times, credit terms, and delivery schedules for raw materials (copper, aluminum, electrical steel, packaging material).
- Monitor vendor performance on key parameters: On-Time Delivery (OTD), Quality Compliance, and Pricing Competitiveness.
- Reconcile material non-conformance debit notes, vendor invoices, and delivery discrepancies in coordination with Quality and Finance teams.
- Maintain safety stock levels for essential production items while avoiding excess inventory buildup.
3. Qualifications & Technical Requirements
- Graduate Degree (B.Com / B.Sc / BBA / B.Tech).
- 3 to 5 years of core procurement experience in fan manufacturing, light engineering, or appliance production.
- Hands-on expertise with ERP systems (Tally / Busy / SAP) procurement modules and Excel data handling.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
