Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff and daily ward operations
- Ensure high standards of patient care and safety
- Monitor medication administration and treatment protocols
- Maintain nursing documentation and compliance standards
- Handle patient and attendant queries professionally
- Assist management in staffing, scheduling, and training
Requirements
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing (Registered Nurse)
- 5–10 years of hospital experience
- Prior supervisory or In-Charge experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
