Role Overview:
The Business Process Controller (BPC) acts as a strategic finance partner to the business, responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting decision-making across operational and strategic activities.
This role combines industrial controlling, financial analysis, and business partnering, with a strong emphasis on monitoring economic performance and influencing business outcomes through data-driven insights.

1. Financial Performance & Industrial Controlling

Ensure achievement of annual financial targets aligned with the strategic plan

Provide insights into operational and industrial performance metrics
2. Business Partnering

3. Investment & Project Controlling

Support financial governance of:

Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS)

Fixed asset creation and capitalization
4. Internal Controls & Compliance

5. Process Excellence & Standardization
