Job Summary
A Relationship Manager is responsible for acquiring new customers, managing existing customer relationships, promoting banking products and services, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with banking policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers through direct sales, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and corporate customers.
- Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking products.
- Sell banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Cross-sell and upsell products to existing customers.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and bank policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and customer service.
- Maintain accurate customer records and prepare sales reports.
- Keep updated on banking products, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Educational Qualification
- Plus two
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Finance) is an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- 0–5 years of experience in banking sales, financial services, insurance, or retail sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
