Key Responsibilities:
- Call shortlisted candidates to invite them for interviews.
- Coordinate interview dates and timings based on the hiring team's availability.
- Confirm interview schedules with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview confirmations or rescheduling, if required.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate communication and interview status.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with all candidates.
Requirements:
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Polite and professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly in the required language(s).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.
