Job Title: HR Manager (3 to 5 Years Experience)
Job Summary: We are seeking a HR Manager with 3 to 5 years of professional experience to oversee and enhance our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and compliance while supporting a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions.
2. Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns professionally and confidentially.
- Promote healthy work relationships and conflict-resolution practices.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and surveys.
3. Performance Management
- Oversee performance appraisal processes.
- Support managers in setting KPIs and performance goals.
- Provide guidance on performance improvement plans (PIPs) when needed.
4. HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and records.
5. Training & Development
- Identify employee training needs.
- Coordinate learning and development programs.
- Track progress and evaluate training effectiveness.
6. Payroll & HR Administration
- Coordinate payroll inputs and attendance records.
- Manage leave, benefits, and employee data.
- Prepare HR reports for leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in HR management or related HR roles.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
