- Inspection and testing: Conduct visual inspections, and perform tests on products at various stages, from raw materials to finished goods, to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
- Standard adherence: Verify that products meet company quality standards, customer expectations, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Documentation: Record, document, and report all inspection findings, including defects, issues, and performance data.
- Problem-solving: Collaborate with production teams and other departments to address quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Equipment maintenance: Maintain, calibrate, and ensure the accuracy of inspection and testing equipment.
