- Illustrator is a must

- Should have a good portfolio of work
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and development of innovative and inspiring fashion designs
- Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and conceptualize new design ideas
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and customer preferences
- Create detailed sketches and technical drawings to communicate design concepts
- Assist in fabric and trim sourcing, ensuring high-quality materials are selected
- Collaborate with pattern makers and sample makers to bring designs to life
- Participate in fittings and provide feedback to help refine designs
- Assist with organizing and maintaining a design library and sample archive
- Collaborate with other departments such as production, marketing, and sales to ensure a cohesive brand image
- Stay organized and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines effectively
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a relevant Fashion Design degree program or a recent graduate
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Excellent sketching and drawing skills to effectively communicate design ideas
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Knowledge of fabric types, construction techniques, and garment fit
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
